A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.                                                                                                                                                                         Proverbs 15:1

In a personal situation when i feel attacked or think I need to make myself heard, my volume can get loud  and the situation worsens without a doubt. If I can keep calm and don’t raise my voice the situation often diffuses and never escalades. I have to remind myself to be gentle with my words. The tongue can be a dangerous hurtful weapon.

Peace to you.
