Have you ever thought you had forgiven someone for a past hurt only to have it rear it’s ugly head again? I have. During my college years I had a close friend break a confidence in public. Well I hung onto that hurt too long and all it did was rob my peace. It was my pride that got in the way until He convicted me and I finally let go and forgave. The enemy would like us to be in a constant role of worry, anger, self doubt, and frustration. Sometimes it takes a lot of sorting, lots of prayers, and time, but God forgives us when we confess with sincere hearts. Take it to Him in prayer and have a load lifted from your shoulders.
